Singapore: From 16 to 17 Feb. 2023, thousands will descend on Marina Bay Sands Convention Center, Singapore, to attend Blockchain Fest Singapore 2023, an interactive event on Blockchain, Exchanges, Cryptocurrencies, NFTs, DeFi, Mining, Gaming, Online Payments, Investment, and FinTech industry. Tobias Bauer is the principal at Blockchain Founders Fund, which invests in and ventures to build top-tier startups. He is a mentor for 500 Startups, APX, PlugAndPlay, NUMA New York, and Alchemist Accelerator. He is also a Venture Partner of Republic. Bauer worked in the investment team of Chinaccelerator, one of the global elite accelerator programs operated by the venture fund SOSV with $907m+ assets under management (AUM) in China. He also worked for the German Government in Thailand. There, he co-organized the NSTF, a career fair with 1.1M visitors, to enable students to build their professional careers. In the past, Tobias has lived in nine countries across 15 cities and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and German.

We also have a speaker from Switzerland, the CEO and co-founder of Verum Capital, Matthias Wessel. Verum Capital is a leading Web3 venture studio in Zurich that designs, builds, and invests in decentralized technology. Matthias is a lecturer at the University of St.Gallen & Bocconi University and a working group member of WEF, Digital Transformation.
