Arthur Hayes forecasts Ethereum to soar above $5k in 2024
Arthur Hayes, the founder of BitMEX, recently posted on X that’s he is swapping Solana (SOL) for Ethereum (ETH), predicting that the second most valuable coin will rise to new all-time highs.

Arthur Hayes posted on X that he got a “message from the Lord” telling him to “dump that Sam coin POS, and profess your love for Archangel Vitalik.”
Hayes’ tweet describes SOL as a “POS” coin—where POS does not mean proof-of-stake.
Hayes predicted ETH to reach a new all-time high beyond $5,000.
Since Hayes’s tweet, ETH is up above $2,300, rising 89% in 2023.
Even so, SOL is up by over 700% in 2023, reaching close to $100.
