Authtrail Set to Conduct Invitation-Only Community Round to Distribute 30 Million AUT Tokens
Authtrail has revealed plans to organize an invitation-only community round for the distribution of 30 million AUT tokens to members of its ecosystem. Authtrail previously raised $3.6 million from investors and it’s looking to further boost the adoption of its Web3 platform via the upcoming round.
Authtrail Organizing Invitation-Only Round
Authtrail (AUT), a Moonbeam-based project that is dedicated to bridging the gap between enterprise data and the power of distributed ledger technology (DLT), has announced an invitation-only community round aimed at accelerating the adoption of its Web3 platform.
Based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Authtrail is a blockchain-based data integrity software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to add integrity and quality to enterprise data.
Having previously raised $3.6 million from a vast array of venture capital firms and angel investors during its private sale event in 2021, the Authtrail team is now set to give its community members and contributors an opportunity to acquire $AUT tokens at a significantly low price before other members of the public join the Authtrail train.
Authtrail (AUT) is launching an invitation-only round designed to boost the adoption of the Authtrail platform. The team will distribute 30 million $AUT tokens to whitelisted members of the community, raising an additional $6 million for the project.
AUT Token and Community Round
Authtrail is a Moonbeam-powered, market-ready data integrity platform that helps enterprises improve their data integrity in a cost-efficient way, optimizing their performance and significantly boosting their market reputation.
Authtrail ensures data integrity through hashing and data anchoring on the blockchain and the platform is one of the first real-life uses cases of Web3.0 at the enterprise level.
$AUT is the native utility token of the Authtrail (AUT) ecosystem. It powers the entire data hashing and anchoring processes on the network. The value of the AUT token is dependent on the adoption of the platform. The upcoming AUT token community-only round comes in two parts.
- Community Firstcomers Round: for the first 1,000 contributors. The minimum contribution is $1,000 and the maximum is pegged at $5,000 per participant.
- Community Round: is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contributions also starts at $1,000 with no maximum contribution cap.
During the upcoming community-only AUT token sale round, a total of 30 million AUT will be available for purchase, out of the 150 million AUT token supply.
The price of each $AUT will be pegged at $0.2 during the sale, which is half the price of the token in the public sale.
The team has made it clear that all tokens purchased during the community-only sale will be vested for 12 months, with a three-month cliff and equal vesting between months 4-12. Interested participants can get whitelisted here. However, it should be noted that the Authtrail community-only round is not available to residents of the U.S., Canada, China, People’s Republic of Korea, Cuba, Syria, Iran, Sudan, Crimea region of Ukraine and Singapore.
