Binance delists Cardano and PEPE, Borroe outpaces rivals
Recently, Binance delisted perpetual future contracts for Cardano (ADA) due to its regulator issues with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Meanwhile, PepeCoin (PEPE) may edge even lower after three rogue members allegedly rug pulled.Â
Presently, investors are exploring Borroe (ROE). The platform sold 25 million ROE and raised $250,000 in five days.
This article discusses the above tokens.
Cardano was bullish in August
Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange, delisted ADA perpetual contracts on Aug. 17, 2023.
With this, Cardano traders only have access to quarterly futures contracts.
The delisting, however, didn’t negatively affect ADA prices. ADA added 6.70% in the last week of August.
Analysts point to the multiple ecosystem developments in Q3 2023, predicting ADA to post gains.
PEPE rug pulled?
On Aug. 26, 2023, the PepeCoin team made an unexpected announcement regarding unusual withdrawals from their multi-signature CEX wallets.
Reports indicate that three former team members transferred 16 trillion PEPE tokens, valued at $15 million, to various exchanges, including Binance and OKX, on Aug. 24.Â
Some industry experts speculate that Binance may delist PEPE in the near future.
The token was trading at $0.0000010590 on Aug. 24 but plunged after this news broke.
According to analysts, PEPE is likely in for an extended bear run that could last throughout 2023 unless there is an influx of whales and institutional investors.
Borroe resolves fundraising issues in web3
Borroe is a web3 blockchain invoice discounting non-fungible token (NFT) marketplace aiming to solve short-term liquidity problems.
Wall Street’s lack of understanding of the web3 industry makes it difficult for traditional financial institutions to fund related businesses. As an AI-powered fundraising marketplace, Borroe allows users to raise instant cash by selling future earnings.
Clients can mint their future digital earnings into popular NFTs and sell them at discounted prices to generate cash.
ROE is available for $0.0125 in the ongoing presale but will rise 20% to $0.0150 in the next presale stage.
Later, ROE will list on major crypto exchanges at $0.040.
