Duelist King to Conduct Sale of Second Batch of NFT Cards on December 15

Duelist King, the first NFT game powered by Dual Launch via OccamRazer IDO and PancakeSwap IFO today announced its second batch of NFT cards would be sold on December 15, 2021.

Second Batch of Duelist King NFT Cards to Go On Sale

Duelist King’s first batch of NFT cards in mystery boxes was an instant hit as it sold out within 45 minutes from the time the sale commenced.

Notably, Duelist King witnessed strong demand as it sold out 50,000 NFT boxes in less than an hour during its sale on September 15, 2021. Every box was valued at $5 and gave users an equal chance of obtaining rare cards.

Duelist King NFTs have six rarity levels, ranging from Common to Legendary.

For the uninitiated, the mystery box is the distribution method for the NFT cards in Duelist King’s ecosystem.

Every mystery box comprises 5 cards of random rarity and the team guarantees fair distribution via its in-house-developed system that enables on-chain randomness that can be publicly verified on the blockchain.

The second batch of NFT cards will be on sale on December 15, 2021, and the demand is expected to be just as strong if not stronger this time around. However, this batch will differ from the first batch of NFT cards in that it will see 20,000 mystery boxes go on sale compared to 50,000 boxes during the first sale.

The team at Duelist King will offer the card sales via various rounds that will have their unique design. There will be a total of 25 phases of card distribution where each phase would feature 20 unique designs.

That multi-round approach allows players to collect a decent starting deck and explore everything Duelist King offers. However, not all designs from previous rounds will make a return in later rounds.

How to Play Duelist King?

A minimum of 22 cards is required to play Duelist King.

Interested users can either get the cards through the mystery boxes or from the marketplaces via secondary sales.

At present, Duelist King cards can be purchased at Refinable and OpenSea NFT marketplaces. There are plans to add support for the Binance NFT platform in the future.

Users stand to earn various rewards by playing Duelist King such as new cards or artifacts issued via the Win-to-Earn mechanic. Players can also explore online tournaments to win stablecoins and $DKT.

For the uninitiated, $DKT is the native token of Duelist King and can be used to participate in the second batch mystery box sale.

Moreover, Duelist King also announced Fantom as its latest infrastructure partner and Fantom Foundation as one of its strategic investors.

Commenting on the development, Nicole Nguyen, CMO, Duelist King, said:

“By adding a new variety to our existing characters as well as our integration of Fantom enabling faster and more secure transactions, we believe this has paved the way for even more community members to get their hands on our new batch of cards as well as appeal to our existing members who are looking forward to power up their decks for the soon-to-be-launched game.”

Duelist King’s partnership with Fantom ensures its users enjoy the latter’s low gas fees and rapid transaction throughput.
