Enjin ERC-1155 Tracker by DappReview: Discover Millions of Next-Generation Blockchain Assets
Continuing their vision of tracking accurate dapp data and efforts to support mass blockchain adoption, DappReview is now tracking Enjin-powered ERC-1155 token activities.
As of today, there are over 150 projects with more than 53 million blockchain assets being tracked at enjin.dapp.review.
Introduced by Enjin CTO Witek Radomski, ERC-1155 was accepted as an official Ethereum token standard last year.
ERC-1155 is the first and only Ethereum token standard that allows users to mint both fungible (identical) and non-fungible (unique) assets in a single smart contract—enabling the creation of every type of asset, from currency and real estate to gaming items and digital art.
Every ERC-1155 asset minted via the Enjin Platform is backed with Enjin Coin (ENJ). To date, more than 10.5 million ENJ has already been locked into the next-generation assets being tracked on our new site.
There are many benefits to ERC-1155 compared to other token standards like ERC-20 and ERC-721, including:
-
Multiple Tokens: Define and configure both fungible and non-fungible tokens in a single smart contract
-
Batch Transfers: Send many unique tokens in a single transaction
-
Atomic Swaps: Atomic swaps of any amount of tokens in just two simple steps
-
Advanced Features like “melting,” which allows users to destroy their items and retrieve the ENJ value from within
-
Lower Gas Fees: Save up to 90% on gas fees when minting tokens
With all of these powerful features, over 150 projects have become early adopters of ERC-1155 and locked ENJ into their gaming items, collectibles, digital art, discount codes, membership cards, you name it.
While most data sites only track ERC-20/ERC-721 tokens, DappReview now uncovers 53 million ERC-1155 assets backed by nearly 2 million USD of value, with 400+ ETH in trading volume.
Here are the key metrics DappReview is tracking on the ERC-1155 page:
-
Volume: The total sales value of ERC-1155 fungible tokens and non-fungible tokens
-
Users: The number of unique address that are buying/selling/listing ERC-1155 tokens (Note: this number does not reflect the active users of a platform or game or project, as this tracker only calculate the on-chain activities)
-
Tx: On-chain events, including minting, melting, transfering, and listing
-
Reserved: The value reserved/backed in ERC-1155 tokens when minting
-
Mint: On-chain minting events that create/issue ERC-1155 assets
-
Melt: On-chain melting events that destroy the ERC-1155 assets

To celebrate the integration of ERC-1155 data, DappReview and Enjin will mint an exclusive collectible NFT for the community and their fans. More details will be shared next week, so keep an eye on DappReview’s Twitter handle and stay tuned!

About Enjin
In 2009, Enjin launched the Enjin Network, a gaming community platform that boasts over 20 million users. In 2017 following a successful ICO that raised $18.9 million, Enjin began building a suite of blockchain products that enable anyone to easily create, manage, trade, store, explore, distribute, and integrate blockchain assets.
Comprised of the Enjin Platform, Explorer, Wallet, Beam, and other tools and services, Enjin’s tools enable game developers and studios to utilize tokenized digital assets as part of their acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetization strategies. The Enjin ecosystem is fueled by Enjin Coin (ENJ), an Ethereum-based cryptocurrency used to directly back the value of Enjin-powered blockchain assets. For more information, visit https://enjin.io.
