Enjin and Uniqly Partner to Bring Physical NFTs to Efinity
Leading blockchain-based gaming community and development platform Enjin (ENJ) will witness its powerful cross-chain NFT technology being adopted by the Uniqly ecosystem as it builds on Efinity.
Enjin Blockchain Tapped for NFT Development
According to an announcement made today, Uniqly.io — a marketplace and escrow that allows users to create and trade NFTs – has entered into a partnership with blockchain-based platform Enjin (ENJ) to bridge the existing gap between the digital NFT world and the real-world mainstream market.
For the uninitiated, Enjin is a leading project in the digital space and has, over the years, cemented itself as one of the pioneering figures in blockchain ecosystem development and NFTs. To date, the Enjin Platform and its ERC-1155 token standard have aided numerous projects, enabling them to mint and adopt NFTs with ease.
Akin to Enjin, the Uniqly team has developed a complete ecosystem that is currently being deployed as a bridge between the digital world of NFTs and the real world. This system — powered by the UNIQ token – functions as a marketplace, escrow service, and NFT generator, enabling users to materialize NFTs into physical items.
Uniqly aims to deliver the first planned release of the year soon: a limited-edition collection of designer NFT shirts that can be redeemed via the token burn process. The team at Uniqly has also planned a generation system which will ensure each shirt has a unique serial number.
Notably, users will be able to choose from among 1,000 available designs which tier shirt they want to purchase and an RTF will then assign them a specific design from that bracket.
Most importantly, this is the first collection of clothing NFTs backed by actual physical products and as such Uniqly will be collaborating with Enjin at a crucial time when the world’s eyes are fixated on NFTs.
Enjin, the Leading NFT Platform
Enjin’s reputation and expertise as a pioneering project in the NFT landscape, paired with its upcoming Efinity blockchain, will help Uniqly to execute transactions in a faster, smoother, and secure manner. Enjin’s tools, services, and their robust blockchain infrastructure will play a crucial role for the growth of the Uniqly platform.
While Enjin has been known in the digital industry for its versatility and utility, the major reason Uniqly chose to partner with Enjin is due to the latter’s drive for relentless innovation.
To date, Enjin has successfully bridged the gap between several siloed ecosystems cutting across a swathe of industries such as gaming, fashion, digital art, and others. In the same way, Uniqly hopes to offer an easy bridge between the physical market and the digital one, the announcement reads.
Introduced in March 2021, Efinity is a purpose-built blockchain for NFTs developed for Polkadot with Substrate development support by Parity Technologies. With Efinity, Enjin showcased the world its vision of developing an interconnected cross-chain market which allows users to seamlessly receive and send NFTs from any blockchain.
Enjin’s partnership with Uniqly will help the latter to take the first step towards a global, decentralized market that mitigates the difference between the physical and digital world.
Further, in the coming future, Enjin’s non-fungible stack is primed to bring unbounded liquidity to its partners and a never-before-witnessed user experience to the NFT community.
