HELLO Labs, a web3 entertainment company, has unveiled a distribution approach for its TV series, Killer Whales. This dual-pronged strategy combines the strengths of web3 and web2 platforms to reach a broader, more global audience.
Web3 premiere on HELLO TV
To kick off the distribution strategy, HELLO Labs will launch a web3 premiere on its newly introduced streaming platform, HELLO TV.
Beginning on Feb. 8, 2024, viewers can exclusively purchase episodes of Killer Whales using the HELLO token.
The series will run for five consecutive weeks, with a new episode premiering each week to build anticipation and excitement among the audience.
Web2 premiere Â
After the exclusive web3 premiere, Killer Whales will reach a wider audience by appearing on mainstream streaming platforms starting March 14, 2024.
The exact platforms will be announced in waves leading up to the premiere.
HELLO Labs has partnered with industry leaders like CoinMarketCap, Hacken, and Casper Labs to amplify its marketing efforts.
This strategy allows us to reach specific consumer segments effectively, providing a personalized viewing experience for each viewer.
Dual-campaign approach
The web3 strategy will be carefully designed to engage tech-savvy viewers through a series of engaging campaigns and events featuring the show’s judges.
Partnerships with respected crypto publications will further establish Killer Whales’ position within the blockchain community.
In contrast, the mainstream web2 campaign will target a wider audience through traditional advertising channels.
HELLO Labs plans to display Killer Whales on billboards in major cities like Los Angeles, New York, and London.
This out-of-home (OOH) advertising will be complemented by targeted social media campaigns on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
Season one of Killer Whales is available to pre-order now at www.tv.hello.one.
