KuCoin settles with New York Attorney General, Injective and Everlodge rallying

KuCoin (KCS) agreed to a $22 million settlement with the New York Attorney General’s (NYAG) office. As a direct result of this spotlight and attention, KCS prices rallied. Injective (INJ) announced the launch of the first native ecosystem token, TALIS, part of the Talis Protocol. This launch might support prices.
In the meantime, Everlodge (ELDG), a blockchain project aiming to reshape the real estate market, is gaining traction.
KuCoin settles with NYAG, KCS rally above $17
KuCoin recently settled with the New York Attorney General’s (NYAG) office for $22 million.
The NYAG filed the lawsuit in March.
Following this, KCS prices rose.
In the past month, KCS rose by 90%. KCS is up 22% in the last week alone, rising from $9.27 to $14.15.
KuCoin price prediction places the coin at $17.61 by the end of 2024.
Injective breaks $30; bulls target $48.19
INJ is up 94% in the last month, up 1,790% year-to-date at spot rates.
On Dec. 14, 2023, Injected announced the launch of Talis Protocol and the native token, TALIS.
Anyone can now access it on Helix and explore the NFT scene.
Last week, INJ prices rose from $17.34 to $31.85.
Analysts predict INJ to reach $48.19 in 2024.
Everlodge to introduce fractional NFT ownership in real estate
Everlodge is an upcoming real estate marketplace. Its presale is in stage 8.
The project aims to solve critical issues in the real estate market by minting NFTs and fractionalizing them.
Access to properties was historically difficult as they cost millions of dollars. But by being split into smaller fractions, anyone can quickly become a co-owner of multi-million dollar properties for as low as $100.
Everlodge will also release a Rewards Club, through which anyone can access free nightly stays.
Each fractionalized NFT can be resold at any time and contribute a lot of liquidity to the market.
