Open Run Asia 2025

Open Run Asia 2025, powered by the BSV Association, is a three-month online hackathon running from 23 September to 17 December 2025. It invites developers, tech enthusiasts, and teams across Asia (and beyond) to build real-world blockchain applications, especially in areas like payments, asset tokenization, decentralized compute, and machine-to-machine (M2M) systems. With a prize pool exceeding $15,000, participants also benefit from mentorship, workshops, webinars, and exposure to the broader BSV ecosystem.

Participants may work across two open tracks: “402 Payment Required” (focusing on payments and real-world asset tokenization) or “426 Upgrade Required” (focusing on autonomous, machine-to-machine economies). The event supports flexible technologies — teams can use blockchain, AI, automation, or other tools to solve impactful problems. Whether you’re a seasoned blockchain developer or coming from a Web2 background, Open Run Asia offers a playground for innovation, hands-on learning, and a chance to win and launch your project in the web3 space.
