Unizen Bags Funding From Jun Capital to Start Crypto Compliance-focused CeDeFi Alliance
Unizen, the first centralized decentralized finance (CeDeFi) exchange to bring the most cost-efficient trades for both retail and institutional traders today announced it had raised funding to start CeDeFi Alliance, a crypto non-profit with a focus on compliance.
Unizen to Start CeDeFi Alliance
Today, leading CeDeFi exchange Unizen announced the launch of the CeDeFi Alliance, a non-profit geared toward crypto regulations.
A compliant liquidity solution for retail and institutional traders, Unizen, in association with Jun Capital — a leading investment platform for crypto technologies – today unveiled plans to build CeDeFi.
For the uninitiated, CeDeFi is an innovative financial system that combines the benefits of DeFi protocols and CeFi institutions. In essence, CeDeFi aims to make crypto assets accessible at scale and foster the adoption of blockchain technology.
CeDeFi Alliance, a non-profit crypto organization established by Unizen and Jun Capital aims to be the converging point for decentralized teams and centralized decision-makers. CeDeFi Alliance will make it possible for the two typically opposing sides to come together to take proactive measures toward crypto compliance.
Most recently, Unizen and Jun Capital launched ZenX incubator which is the first CeDeFi incubation provider for decentralized teams. All the projects and use-cases explored in the ZenX incubator showcase the technical and practical components of the financial system.
In the same vein, CeDeFi Alliance would carry the responsibility for theoretical frameworks, compliance, and regulation.
