Coinfest Asia 2026 heads to Bali with large-scale beach club crypto festival concept.

Coinfest Asia, the world’s largest crypto festival, has announced that its 2026 edition will take place on 20–21 August 2026 at Melasti Beach, Bali, Indonesia. Organized by Indonesia Crypto Network (ICN), the fifth annual edition will activate five beach clubs across the Melasti coastline as one integrated venue, marking what organizers describe as the first crypto festival to adopt a beach club concept at this scale.

The expansion comes as Asia continues to cement its position as the center of global crypto adoption. The region now accounts for nearly 60% of all crypto users worldwide, while nine of the top 20 countries in the Chainalysis 2025 Global Crypto Adoption Index are located in Asia. Capital is moving into the region. So are developers, exchanges, and institutions. What remains fragmented is access, particularly between global crypto companies and local Asian markets.
A festival designed around real crypto culture
Rather than following the structure of a traditional industry conference, the 2026 edition is designed around interaction, movement, and proximity. The beach club format allows attendees to move freely between conversations, programming, networking spaces, product activations, and community gatherings throughout the coastline venue.
Built around the idea of experiencing “Real Crypto Culture,” Coinfest Asia 2026 introduces three dedicated tracks designed around participant intent rather than professional identity.
The Builders Track focuses on product testing, technical workshops, hackathons, and direct access to founders building real-world tools. The Traders Track centers on market outlooks, live trading demos, competitions, and strategy discussions with active market participants. Meanwhile, the Institutions Track offers curated meetings, real-world case studies, and opportunities to connect with teams driving large-scale adoption and infrastructure across the region.
The structure is designed to encourage overlap between audiences where developers join trading sessions, institutions explore emerging products firsthand, and global companies connect directly with local ecosystems.
Industry leaders across crypto and finance join the lineup

Alongside the venue announcement, Coinfest Asia has confirmed its first wave of speakers for the 2026 edition, drawing leaders from across exchanges, wallets, infrastructure, data, AI, and institutional finance.
Confirmed speakers include Alexander Svanevik (CEO, Nansen), Felix Fan (CEO, Trust Wallet), Nick See Tong (APAC & Singapore Lead, Base), Zac Cheah (Co-Founder, Pundi AI), Basel Ismail (CEO, Blockcircle), Raagulan Pathy (Founder & CEO, KAST), Chris Yin (CEO, Plume), Jack Yark (Head of Trading, Acheron Trading), Mohammad Raafi Hossain (Co-Founder & CEO, Fasset, and Iñaki Moreno (Strategic Partnerships Lead, Web3 & AI, Google).
From Bali to the global crypto ecosystem
Since launching in 2022, Coinfest Asia has attracted more than 15,000 attendees, over 400 speakers, and representatives from more than 6,000 companies across 90 countries.
Previous editions have featured speakers including Ben Zhou (Co-founder and CEO, Bybit), Rachel Conlan (former Chief Marketing Officer of Binance), Mudit Gupta (Chief Technology Officer, Polygon Technology), Yat Siu (Co-founder and Executive Chairman, Animoca Brands), Dominic Williams (Founder, Internet Computer), Kevin Kwong (Chief Business Officer, 9GAG), and more.
Previous ecosystem partners have included Solana, Polkadot, Algorand, Polygon, Aptos, Stellar, Sui, Ripple, Circle, alongside institutions including GoTo, Google Cloud, Visa, Amazon Web Services, UOB, and Standard Chartered.
Creating space for the industry to meet
“Where you bring people together matters as much as who you bring, Melasti Beach gives us room to make the festival more fluid and create spaces where different parts of the industry can naturally connect,” said Joditha Winatajaya.
Tickets for Coinfest Asia 2026 are now available. Companies looking to expand into Asian crypto markets can also explore partnership and marketing opportunities through the official event channels.
