Litecoin, Solana weak as investors explore VC Spectra in presale

Amid fluctuations in Litecoin (LTC) and Solana (SOL) prices, VC Spectra (SPCT) is gaining traction among investors and traders.

VC Spectra raised $2.4 million in its private/seed sale and in the ongoing presale, stage 1 investors are up 37.5% with holders expecting more gains by the end of the crowdfunding.

Uncertainty in Litecoin

Litecoin prices declined after halving. Prices are changing hands at $83.70 on Aug. 12, 2023, down 11% from August peaks.

Overall, uncertainty lingers as large Litecoin whales appear to have sold, offloading 60,000 LTC after the pre-halving price spike. However, bulls expect prices to recover, trading between $91.29 and $108.87 by end year.

SOL delisted from exchange, compounding woes

Solana is also facing challenges, and trading at $24.51 on Aug. 12, 2023.

The United States Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) allegation that SOL is an unregistered security and the temporary trading halt by Bitsmap have cast shadows on the coin’s prospects. 

Moreover, following a security breach on Aug. 7, 2023, Solana’s Cypher Protocol froze its smart contract, leading to a loss of over $1 million. While the impact on SOL price was minimal, investors have expressed concerns about recent happenings and are exploring alternatives, including SPCT.

Exploring VC Spectra

VC Spectra is a decentralized hedge fund integrating artificial intelligence (AI) to identify high-potential crypto startups.
