Bitget and WIW3CH expand Blockchain4Her for women in Web3

Bitget has entered a strategic partnership with women-focused Web3 collective WIW3CH to deliver more structured education, networking, and career support under its Blockchain4Her initiative.

Bitget said it has formed a strategic alliance with WIW3CH, describing the group as a Web3 women’s organization it will work with “to provide more systematic educational resources, industry connections, and career development support for female practitioners” through the Blockchain4Her framework.

Partnership turns advocacy into practical support

The exchange explained that the collaboration will begin with a special podcast episode in which CEO Gracy Chen shares her own career path and “more practical advice for women who have just entered the blockchain industry,” followed by a series of co-authored educational pieces on Web3 fundamentals and job routes.

According to Bitget, those articles will cover Web3 technology analysis and career development paths and are designed to complement existing workshops, mentorship efforts, and regional meetups that Blockchain4Her already runs across Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

Blockchain4Her’s reach and next chapter

Blockchain4Her launched in 2024 as Bitget’s flagship women-in-Web3 initiative and is structured around four themes the company describes as “enhancement, empowerment, education, and inclusivity,” with the long-term goal of narrowing the gender gap in crypto.

Bitget says the program has supported 11 women-led startup projects so far, with recent highlights including the “Lady Forward” campaign and the “Pitch n’ Slay” entrepreneurship competition, where female founders pitched Web3 products ranging from MVPs to fully deployed services.

Events under the “Pitch n’ Slay” banner have drawn more than 180 leaders and participants in hubs such as Singapore, Istanbul, and Manila, combining investor panels, networking sessions, and public showcases of women-led applications.

The exchange has repeatedly framed Blockchain4Her as both an inclusion effort and a growth strategy, asking in one International Women’s Day campaign, “How can we achieve mass adoption without women?” and arguing that sidelining half the global population “places a structural limit on liquidity, innovation, and returns” in Web3.

In a recent crypto.news feature, Blockchain4Her’s International Women’s Day push was described as a week-long series of conversations and community events spotlighting women builders.

Another crypto.news report detailed how the initiative used social campaigns and limited-edition wallet cards to “tackle unconscious bias and promote gender diversity in crypto globally.”
