BNB Chain-based TUTÂ rallies 180% on KuCoin listing
TUT crypto rallied as high as 180% in the past day ahead of its listing on the crypto exchange KuCoin today.
According to data from CoinGecko, Tutorial (TUT) rose to an intraday high of $0.037 up over 180% from the previous day.Â
The gains extended its weekly profits to a massive 2,800%, making it a top-performing altcoin over the period. Its daily trading volume stood almost double the previous day at $43.8 million, while its market cap was seated at $21.5 million.
The altcoin rallied after crypto exchange KuCoin announced the addition of a USDT trading pair for the TUT token at 8:00 AM UTC on Wednesday. Deposits are already open, while withdrawals will open at 10:00 AM UTC on March 20, 2025, but only on the BSC-BEP20 network.
TUT’s current rally was also fueled by the hype surrounding its recent listings on other major centralized exchanges, such as Gate.io and Bitget, over the past 24 hours.
On top of that, Binance Alpha, a feature in Binance Wallet highlighting early-stage crypto projects with potential, recently added TUT. The listing sparked speculation that the token could eventually make its way onto the Binance Exchange.
However, after its big jump in the past day, the TUT community is split on what comes next. Some worry a sell-off could be on the way, which often happens after a major exchange listing, as the rally is often priced in before the listing happens.
As reported by crypto.news earlier, Arkham (ARKM) jumped nearly 55% on March 12, 2025, within minutes after getting listed on Upbit but gave up most of its gains within hours.
That said, others think TUT still has room to run. One trader pointed to $26.6 million as an important market cap level—if TUT holds above it, more short-term gains could follow.
Meanwhile, another trader is eyeing the $100 million market cap level as a potential target, citing strong accumulation and speculation around a Binance Futures listing. (See below.)
