Paraguay Blockchain Summit 2025 will bring top global and regional voices to Asunción on August 11 for a high-impact event on crypto, fintech, and regulation.

The Paraguayan Chamber of Fintech and CriptoPY are proud to announce the Paraguay Blockchain Summit 2025, the country’s leading event in the crypto, financial, and tech sectors, and one of the most important gatherings in Latin America. The summit will take place on Monday, August 11, at the Sheraton Hotel, featuring prominent national and international experts who will explore critical topics such as regulation, financial education, tokenization, and technology adoption.
The Paraguay Blockchain Summit 2025 will host distinguished speakers from both local and global arenas who will share their insights on the challenges and advancements in financial innovation, blockchain, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies. The event promises a space for deep analysis and enriching debate about the current state and future of the sector.
“Paraguay Blockchain Summit 2025 aims to connect with people and the reality on the ground: crypto is already happening, regardless of any rules or regulations. That is why we invite members of the National Congress, the Secretariat for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Assets (Seprelad), public authorities, and the general public to join us in discussing and developing appropriate regulations that can guide our path forward,” said Fernando Arriola, director of the Paraguayan Chamber of Fintech.
“In this new paradigm requiring regulatory frameworks, the keynote speeches are timely to help define positions, especially as new asset tokenization models emerge and digital payment methods evolve,” Arriola added. These talks aim to help attendees understand and discuss how to build secure, scalable, and sustainable ecosystems, highlighting successful real-world experiences already in progress in various countries.
The Summit will also serve as a key meeting point for forging partnerships, driving joint projects, and bringing together diverse stakeholders, from investors and regulators to technology developers.
Alongside the presentations, the event will feature an exhibition area where startups, emerging companies, communities, and leading brands will showcase their products, services, and innovations, fostering valuable interactions and business opportunities.
Tickets for the event are available in three categories: Standard (G. 200,000) with access to booths and conferences; VIP (G. 700,000) including booths, conferences, and after-party access; and Premium (G. 1,500,000) which adds exclusive lunch and after-party access.
Paraguay Blockchain Summit 2025 stands as a transformative platform for the region, where innovation, technology, and collaboration converge.
