WisdomTree joins Ondo Finance’s Global Markets Alliance

Ondo Finance has welcomed global asset manager WisdomTree as the newest member of its Global Markets Alliance.

Ondo Finance (ONDO) announced today that WisdomTree, a global asset manager with $131 billion in assets under management, has formally joined the Ondo Global Markets Alliance.

The development builds on WisdomTree’s earlier collaboration with Ondo Finance in an advisory capacity during the development of Ondo Chain, the Layer 1 blockchain launched earlier this year.

As a formal member of the Alliance, WisdomTree will now likely play a more active role in advancing the Alliance’s mission to enhance interoperability, liquidity, and compliance for tokenized real-world assets on Ondo’s Global Markets platform.

About Ondo’s Global Markets Alliance

Launched in June by Ondo Finance, the Global Markets Alliance is a collaborative ecosystem whose members work together to facilitate operations on Ondo’s Global Markets platform. As of August 1, the Alliance comprised 25 members, with the recent additions including BNB Chain, Bitget Global, Zodia Custody, LayerZero, Euler, and MEXC.

Each member of the Alliance performs a distinct role within the ecosystem. Exchanges provide liquidity and trading infrastructure for tokenized assets, while custodians ensure secure storage and safekeeping of on-chain and off-chain assets. Blockchain and infrastructure providers like BNB Chain and LayerZero contribute technical support, interoperability solutions, and network scalability. Asset managers, now including WisdomTree, provide expertise on compliance, investment strategy, and tokenization standards, helping bridge traditional finance with on-chain markets.
