Moreover, the major highlight of the post is the launch of the HUB, a conceptual framework for the network’s metaverse project, SHIB: The Metaverse.
The Shiba Inu metaverse comes with plots of land for users to utilize. On the other hand, HUBS are virtual plots with the most significant value over others. As a highly reserved portion, the spaces are currently unavailable to users.
According to the team, the design of the WAGMI Temple HUB is inspired by the architectural outlines of temples in some parts of Asia and South Africa.
The temple has a calming ambiance, an immersive environment, and a meditative and spiritual link to the physical world.
In the blog post, the Shiba Inu team emphasizes the need to involve all stakeholders in the metaverse project. According to the team, the aim is to allow the community to partake in decision-making to create an immersive user experience from members’ input.
The feedback from the ShibArmy will add diverse values and resources to make the virtual dream a reality. In addition, the team would relay the community’s opinions about the network to the management.
With this, the team could utilize the members’ innovative ideas to enhance the SHIB: The Metaverse ecosystem.
What to Expect From the Project
SHIB: The Metaverse comes with 100,965 lands available to users to mint. Landowners are also eligible to earn some passive income from their assets, generate rewards, and gather resources from the virtual space.
At the project launch, the Shiba Inu development team would make 36,431 plots of land available for purchase. However, more than 19,000 have already been sold to over 5,600 buyers. The metaverse project is one of several developmental initiatives the Shiba Inu Ecosystem has achieved.
Even before the unveiling, the community deliberated about the use cases of the various projects and the advantage they would add to the SHIB brand.
The decision of the Dogecoin competitor to venture into the metaverse has been strongly supported by its community. It was an ambitious drive set in February and is about to see the light of day.
