Charles Hoskinson blows hot at Ethereum fans
Input Output CEO Charles Hoskinson recently attacked prominent Ethereum community members in a tweet after they referred to ADA as “a giant Ponzi” in a recently leaked video.
“Remember that Cardano is a scam, people. Thank God we have things like Celsius, Luna, and FTX to protect us. Seriously f**k you guys.”
Hoskinson said in the tweet.
Hoskinson listed several well-known cryptocurrency projects that have failed, including Terra, Celsius, and FTX, whereas Cardano still operates normally.
Hoskinson recently made fun of an absurd FTX commercial featuring football star Tom Brady and his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen and prophesied that disgraced crypto king Sam Bankman-Fried will end himself in jail.
Cardano versus Ethereum
Charles Hoskinson is an American entrepreneur who is a co-founder of the blockchain engineering company Input Output Global, Inc. (formerly IOHK), and the Cardano blockchain platform, and was a co-founder of the Ethereum blockchain platform.
Hoskinson had previously criticized the ETH audience for participating in debates that he said lacked intellectual integrity and common sense. The inventor of Cardano said that false claims that the company is a useless fraud that is incapable of being innovative and can harm the crypto industry as a whole.
“They just seem to really like technology and events from 2014. Levity aside, people really need to grow up and move on. It’s fair game.”
He said.
He made a point of emphasizing how the core ETH devs completely disregarded his proposed Ouroboros consensus and that, in his view, bringing up Cardano by those same people who have chosen to ignore him for the last five years constitutes a “crime.”
The cryptocurrency tycoon, who is recognized as one of Ethereum’s creators, has clashed with members of the group that created the second-largest cryptocurrency. The head of Input Output claimed in September that it was “crime” for Ethereum supporters to even bring up Cardano. Hoskinson claimed that people thought he was a “pathological liar” who would be imprisoned.
